About us
Brief history of our company
Integrity Tool began in 2000 as one man’s vision, Jeff Lewis, to build a weld and fabrication shop to help support his family’s dairy farm by repairing equipment in the local farming community. It soon grew into a company that specialized in delivering detailed machined components, while exceeding customer expectations in quality and service. Located on that same farm, a team of skilled designers, tool makers and engineers have helped build an environment that enables them to succeed in their daily work as well as engage in community service. Our mission: Provide solutions through quality craftsmanship, from concept to installation. Our work family and neighbors gather often for bible studies, to share ideas on what it means to walk with Christ, or just to eat great food together. Look closely and you will see them sponsoring your little league team, or even serving as deacons at the local church. It takes everyone’s contribution to succeed with automation and high-precision machining. Our success is all because of the great group of employees that work well together and have developed into a genuine family. We are incredibly grateful for the support we’ve felt from the community throughout the years and pray we can continue to better serve our customers and the community many years to come.
